Please note that you must open a support request before a remote session can be scheduled. If you have not done this already, you can open one HERE.
For remote sessions I use the built-in Windows 10 single use Quick Assist utility. Connections are secure, by invite only, and can only be used once. Once I send you a code, please connect at the scheduled time using the instructions below.
1. Open the Start menu and select All apps > Windows Accessories > Quick Assist.
2. Enter the code I provided in the "Get assistance" box and follow the instructions.
3. If User Account Control appears, select Yes to continue.
After the steps are completed, please wait a few moments for our devices to connect.
