For remote sessions I use the built-in Windows 10 single use Quick Assist utility. Connections are secure, by invite only, and can only be used once. Once I send you a code, please connect at the scheduled time using the instructions below.
1. Go to Start Menu > Windows Accessories > Quick Assist
2. Enter the code I provide you in the Get assistance box and follow the instructions.
3. If User Account Control appears, select Yes to continue.
